A Short Update

So after so many times trying to figure out what to do w/this blog I'm just going to use it as a standard blog, I know boring right? Last night was mostly spent playing w/ideas for the bands I'm in. Writing some on guitar and playing w/my drumset to try to get some interesting sounds out of it. I like the direction we are going in, it's giving all of a lot of room to have fun and experiment without stepping on each others toes. We have one song roughed out and will be working on a second this Wednesday, then we are going to move to demoing for those two with the thought in mind that we want to spend more time in this step to really have fun w/the songs and try out everything we want to, even if it turns out not working. On a more personal note, this weekend was tons of fun. Saturday was the family reunion, the first that our group took and I think it went really well, everyone seemed to have a great time even though it was cut short by a wedding in the family. Sunday I spent the afternoon with friends at Canoe Creek which is always a really great time. I'll finish up with a baby update, as of the last visit everything looks great. She's the right size and moving around a lot. For those who don't know, we are pretty sure we are having a girl with means that her name will be Adeline Marie and she's due on December 11th.
